Overview

We are looking for a finance professional with strong FP&A fundamentals and business acumen, who can go beyond reporting to drive insights and decision-making. The role involves analyzing data, understanding business drivers, and interacting with external stakeholders to support investment evaluation. Requires a commercial mindset, strong communication, and ability to connect finance with real business impact.

Key responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Investigate variances and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making
• Analyze financial data to identify key business drivers and trends
• Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders
• Support business control activities and improve financial visibility
• Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively
• Interact with potential investee companies to understand their business models
• Assist in the evaluation of minority/majority investment opportunities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to think commercially and connect numbers with business outcome
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Strong foundation in finance, accounting, and financial analysis
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence in interacting with external parties and presenting insights
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
